Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within two (2) business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • The Continental United States. Please contact the company for out of country shipping costs.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. The email will include tracking information when available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
If possible, save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
