Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Damaged product due to faulty workmanship will be eligible for exchanges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at sales.skeeterdome@gmail.com with details and photos if applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
